Digital World was established to serve the growing demand for qualified installation technicians to the aerial and satellite sector and, through a continuous programme of investment in the latest technologies and training, has developed into a multi-faceted company, trusted by both local customers and blue chip partners alike to deliver a consummate, cost effective service on every occasion.
Recently becoming members of the Registered Digital Installers Licensing Body (RDI-LB) serves to give all our customers, both existing and prospective, the confidence that Digital World are at the forefront of our chosen field.
The RDI-LB scheme is the UK's only official body to register licensed digital aerial and TV systems installers. Backed by the Government and the scheme requires every member to become qualified and undergo important checks to make certain a professional and consistent service is being supplied on every occasion. The scheme stipulates that engineers must be highly qualified, be fully insured, have a clear criminal record disclosure and be certified to safely work at heights.
Our head office is situated close to the major M1 motorway network and is, therefore, ideally situated to act as a centre of operations. With a team of project managers and a customer support call centre available 7 days-a-week, this is the focal point for engineers capable of servicing the whole of the UK.
